7 Days Return Warranty
At Kisful our goal is always to provide our customers with high quality products at competitive factory direct prices. Customer satisfaction is always our number 1 priority. All items we carry are inspected before dispatch to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you have received it.
We only accept returns with quality problems and are in the same state as the received items. Your product must use the original packaging. Your item needs a receipt or proof of purchase.
Warranty Terms:
Our 7 days warranty starts the date of receiving the product. If you have any problem with the item please feel free to contact us immediately .
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will notify you. Once your return is approved after inspecting the item, we will initiate a refund to your credit card company ( or original method of payment) You will receive the credit within 14 days of us receiving the item depending on your card issuer’s policies.
How to return an item
1. Please describe the issue and provide us pictures (under 2MB) that display the problem, the item outer package.
2. Once we have reviewed all the details above, we will arrange a return under warranty ( R.M.A).
3. Please ship the package according to the R.M.A instructions provided by our team.
Remember to keep your post office receipt (this is issued once the parcel is scanned) as the parcel is your responsibility until it gets back to us. This will also contain your tracking information. Taking a photo of it is great way to do this!
Exchanges
We are no longer offering exchanges to customers. All returned items will be refunded once they have been inspected by our warehouse team. If you need a different size or colour then you will need to place a new order.
Our policy
If you find a quality problem within 3 days after receipt of the item, please contact us via email ([email protected]) and attach the photo and invoice of the item. After verification, the item can be accepted. We will only accept the return in the original packaging and original condition within 7 days.
Faulty items:
Upon product's receipt, we will resend you replace at our cost or refund you.
Return Costs:
Customers have to cover the shipping fees to return the items. This cost is not refundable. Customers should provide us the returning parcel tracking information. We will proceed with compensations once we receive the items.
Please Refer To The Following Return Policies:
Customer must return the package as per our instructions shipping address indicated on the R.M.A document and cover the shipping fee for returning the package only if customer support team have authorized the return. Packages sent back without authorization or not according to R.M.A instruction will not be accepted. Please contact our customer service for further advice.
Warranty Exceptions:
Items which are exempt from refunds, exchanges or replacements include all apparel listed under the underwear, swimwear, clearance categories, any discounted product provided that kisful did not make any error.
